Number of Positions: There are two Higher Governing O>icer (HGO) positions for the whole of Bangalore.

Shift Schedule: These positions operate in alternating shifts, similar to the CSOs. One HGO will work the night shift for one month, followed by the second HGO taking over the night shift the next month. This ensures continuous oversight and management of security practices across all divisions.
Qualifications

Experience: Extensive experience in regional security management is required. The HGO must have a proven track record in managing large security teams and implementing security strategies effectively.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills are essential. The HGO must be able to lead and coordinate multiple teams, make critical decisions under pressure, and motivate staff to perform at their best.

Coordination Skills: Strong coordination skills are necessary to ensure that all divisions operate seamlessly and adhere to uniform security practices.
Office-Based: The HGO primarily works in an office environment but may need to visit field sites as necessary to oversee operations and address any issues directly. This ensures they remain connected with both the strategic and operational aspects of security management.
Work Environment
Maximum Duration: The tenure for an HGO is capped at a maximum of 5 years. This policy is designed to introduce fresh perspectives and prevent stagnation in leadership roles. After completing the 5-year tenure, the HGO may be required to move to a different state if NeuraLoop.ai expands, allowing them to apply their expertise to new challenges and opportunities within the organization. This also ensures that experienced leaders are available to support the company's growth and expansion into new regions.
