1. Chief Security Officer (CSO)

  • Set Strategic Direction: The CSO plays a crucial role in setting the strategic direction for security operations. This involves identifying potential security risks, developing strategies to mitigate these risks, and ensuring that all security measures align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Resolve Issues in Uncontrollable Situations: In cases where situations escalate beyond the control of on-site security personnel, the CSO steps in to resolve these issues. This may involve direct intervention, coordinating with local authorities, or implementing emergency protocols. If the client agrees, the CSO can visit any premises to address and manage these situations.

  • Control and Direct Lower-Grade Designations: The CSO has the authority to issue orders and directives to lower-grade security personnel, ensuring that all security operations are conducted efficiently and e>ectively. This includes overseeing the performance of Divisional Governing Officers, 3 Star, 2 Star, 1 Star, and 0 Star Security Guards.

  • Report Directly to the Organization: The CSO is accountable to the senior management of NeuraLoop.ai. They are responsible for providing regular reports on security operations, highlighting any significant incidents, and recommending improvements to enhance security measures.

  • Address and Investigate Reports of Favoritism or Misconduct: The CSO is tasked with maintaining a fair and ethical work environment. They must address and thoroughly investigate any reports of favoritism or misconduct from other designations, ensuring that all employees are treated equitably and that company policies are upheld.

2. Higher Governing Officer (HGO)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Divisional Governing Officers (DGOs): The HGO is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the DGOs in their respective divisions (North, South, East, and West). This includes ensuring that all DGOs adhere to the company's security protocols and standards.

  • Ensure Uniform Security Practices: The HGO ensures that security practices are standardized and consistently applied across all divisions. This involves developing and enforcing policies, conducting audits, and providing guidance to DGOs.

  • Report Directly to the Organization or Higher Authority: The HGO is accountable to the senior management of NeuraLoop.ai. They must provide regular updates on security operations, highlight significant incidents, and recommend improvements.

  • Authority to Report on Higher Authority: The HGO has the responsibility to report any misconduct or favoritism by higher authorities directly to the organization. This ensures transparency and accountability within the leadership structure.

4. 3 Star Security Guard (3SG)

  • Supervise All 2 Star and 1 Star Guards: The 3 Star Security Guard is responsible for overseeing the performance and duties of all 2 Star and 1 Star Security Guards within their assigned area. This includes providing guidance, support, and ensuring that all guards adhere to company policies and security protocols.

  • Manage Critical Incidents: The 3 Star Guard takes the lead in managing and responding to critical incidents. This involves coordinating the response efforts, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and making swift, effective decisions to mitigate any threats.

  • Advanced Surveillance: Conduct advanced surveillance activities using security technologies and methodologies. This includes monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring that surveillance measures are e>ective in preventing and detecting security breaches.

5. 2 Star Security Guard (2SG)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise 1 Star Guards: The 2 Star Security Guard is responsible for overseeing the performance and duties of 1 Star Security Guards. This includes providing guidance, support, and ensuring that all guards adhere to company policies and security protocols.

  • Conduct Advanced Patrolling: Perform thorough and advanced patrolling of the assigned area to prevent and detect any security breaches or suspicious activities. This includes monitoring premises, inspecting security systems, and ensuring all entry and exit points are secure.

  • Handle Minor Incidents: Manage and respond to minor incidents such as disturbances, unauthorized access attempts, and minor emergencies. The 2 Star Guard must ensure that these incidents are resolved promptly and effectively, minimizing any disruption or threat.

6. 1 Star Security Guard (1SG)

  • Perform Basic Security Duties: The 1 Star Security Guard is responsible for carrying out essential security functions, including monitoring access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises, and maintaining a visible security presence.

  • Supervise 0 Star Guards: The 1 Star Guard oversees the performance and duties of 0 Star Guards, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and perform their duties effectively.

  • Patrolling and Monitoring Premises: Conduct regular patrols to monitor the premises, check for any signs of unauthorized entry, and ensure that all areas are secure. This includes inspecting doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly locked and secured.

  • Reporting Incidents: Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or incidents to higher authorities promptly. Accurate and timely reporting is crucial for maintaining security and addressing potential threats effectively.

7. 0 Star Security Guard (0SG)

Responsibilities

  • Basic Entry-Level Duties: Perform fundamental security tasks to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

  • Monitoring Entry and Exit Gates: Control and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry or exit. Ensure only authorized individuals are allowed access to the premises.

  • Controlling Access: Verify identification, conduct bag checks if necessary, and ensure that security protocols are followed at all times.

  • Reporting Suspicious Activities: Stay vigilant for any suspicious behaviour or activities. Report such incidents promptly to higher authorities to prevent security breaches and ensure immediate action.

  • Assisting Visitors: Provide assistance to visitors, such as giving directions or information about the premises, while ensuring they adhere to security protocols.

Our Skill Score System

The Skill Score System at NeuraLoop.ai is designed to maintain high standards of professionalism and performance among all security personnel. Each guard begins their career with a skill score of 100 points. This score serves as a measure of their adherence to company policies, performance in their duties, and overall conduct. Points are deducted for various infractions, with each mistake costing 10 points. This system ensures accountability and encourages guards to maintain exemplary behavior and performance

Infractions and Point Deductions

1. Slow or Lazy Performance

  • Description: Guards are expected to be proactive in their duties, including patrolling, monitoring, and responding to incidents. Failure to do so is considered an infraction.

  • Example: A guard who is found idling instead of patrolling their assigned area, or taking excessive breaks that interfere with their responsibilities.

  • Point Deduction: 10 points

2. Aggressive or Unprofessional Behaviour

  • Description: Guards must handle situations calmly and professionally. Aggressive or rude behaviour is not tolerated.

  • Example: A guard who raises their voice unnecessarily at a visitor or resident, or handles a conflict situation with unnecessary force or aggression.

  • Point Deduction: 10 points

3. Not Adhering to Company Policies

  • Description: Compliance with NeuraLoop.ai's policies and protocols is mandatory. Ignoring or violating these policies is considered an infraction.

  • Example: A guard who fails to follow proper procedures for visitor check-ins or ignores company protocols regarding shift handovers.

  • Point Deduction: 10 points

  • Description: Maintaining personal hygiene and a clean workspace is essential for all guards.
