Full Staffing Requirement and Advancement

  • Full Staffing: An area must be fully staffed with 0, 1, 2, & 3 Star Guards. This full staffing ensures robust security and provides a structured environment for guards to demonstrate their abilities.

  • Eligibility for Advancement: Once full staffing is achieved, the highest-performing individuals in these roles become eligible to unlock the next tier of roles.

  • Merit-Based Selection: Only the best guards, who have shown exceptional skill, dedication, and leadership, are considered for higher positions.

Role Advancement

Divisional Governing Officer (DGO)

  • Responsibilities: Manages security operations within a specific division (North, South, East, West). Supervises 3 Star Guards and ensures that security protocols are followed. Reports to the Higher Governing Officer (HGO).

  • Qualifications: Proven track record of exceptional performance, leadership, and a high skill score. Experience in managing teams and handling critical incidents is required.

  • Example: If a guard in the North Division has consistently high scores and exemplary performance reviews, they can be promoted to DGO, overseeing the entire North Division.

Higher Governing Officer (HGO)

  • Responsibilities: Oversees Divisional Governing Officers. Ensures uniform security practices across all divisions. Reports to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and coordinates strategic security initiatives.

  • Qualifications: Extensive experience in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple divisions.

  • Example: A DGO with outstanding performance and leadership skills can be promoted to HGO, overseeing all DGOs and ensuring consistent security practices.

Chief Security Officer (CSO)

  • Responsibilities: Controls all security operations, sets the strategic direction for security policies and procedures, and ensures high standards of security across all sites. Directly oversees the HGOs.

  • Qualifications: Extensive experience in high-level security management, strategic planning skills, and a history of exceptional leadership and performance.
