Compensation and Points: Guards who work additional hours during holidays are not only compensated with overtime pay but also earn additional points in the Skill Score System. Night Shift

Extra Pay and Points: Employees working night shifts receive extra pay to compensate for the challenges associated with nighttime security duties. In addition to the financial incentive, they also earn an additional 5 points per month in the Skill Score System.
