The hierarchy begins at the seed area, exemplified by our inaugural client in Bengaluru, where a team of ten guards will include one 3-star guard, three 2-star guards, three 1-star guards, and three 0-star guards. Responsibilities vary according to client requirements, local conditions, and specific circumstances. As NeuraLoop.ai expands within the seed area, guards will have opportuni'es to upgrade their designations:

0SG to 1-Star Guard : Upon successfully acquiring 10 clients in the seed area, the bestperforming 0SG guards will be promoted to 1-star guards.

1-Star to 2-Star Guard: When the client base in the seed area reaches 20, 1-star guards will be eligible for promotion to 2-star guards.

2-Star to 3-Star Guard: Promotion to 3-star guard is based on exceptional skills and organisational decisions.

Once a seed area is fully developed, 3-star guards will manage premium client premises and oversee the entire seed area. With the coverage of three seed areas, the Divisional Governing Officer (DGO) tier unlocks, with four DGOs managing north, south, east, and west divisions. As these divisions are fully covered, the Higher Governing Officer (HGO) tier unlocks, consisting of two HGOs overseeing four DGOs. Finally, a Chief Security Officer (CSO) will manage the two HGOs, ensuring systematic quality service.
