Standard Shifts: All security personnel at NeuraLoop.ai work 8-hour shifts. This schedule ensures continuous security coverage and allows guards to perform their duties e>ectively without excessive fatigue.

Shift Rotation: Depending on the specific needs of the premises and the nature of the security task, guards may work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 security coverage. This rotation ensures that all guards gain experience working at different times of the day and can adapt to various operational challenges
Employee Data

Scheduled Off Days: Each guard is entitled to one weekly of, in compliance with Indian labour laws. This ensures that guards have adequate rest and recovery time, contributing to their overall well-being and job performance.

Flexibility: The specific day of may vary based on operational needs and shift rotations but is guaranteed to each guard every week.
Company Information

National Holidays: Guards are entitled to national holidays as mandated by Indian labor laws. These include public holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti.

Company Holidays: In addition to national holidays, NeuraLoop.ai may provide additional company holidays as per policy. These holidays are designed to recognize and celebrate important occasions and provide additional rest for guards.

Holiday Shifts: In cases where guards are required to work on a holiday due to operational requirements, they will receive overtime pay and may earn additional points in the Skill Score System.
