Stewardship Review, Governed Intake

Stewardship defines the pathway through which long-horizon responsibility is acknowledged and reviewed. This section exists for entities engaging with NeuraLoop in capacities where continuity, institutional responsibility, and custodial oversight matter more than transactional access. Stewardship is not a financial construct, a partnership request, or an engagement mechanism. It is the recognition that certain relationships with intelligence architecture arise from duty of care, long-term alignment, and responsibility over time.

This form exists to receive stewardship-context submissions for governance review. Submission initiates a review process only. All submissions are examined through internal governance pathways. Submission does not imply recognition, engagement, disclosure, or outcome.
