INTEGRATION LOGIC: SIGNET × INPSN × MYTHIC

SIGNET does not operate as an independent intelligence authority. It functions exclusively as a subordinate, governed sense layer within the broader NeuraLoop intelligence stack, aligned to spatial intelligence generated by INPSN and coordinated through MYTHIC under explicit human authorization.
No component within this triad acts autonomously beyond its designated role.
Within the NeuraLoop architecture, INPSN, SIGNET, and MYTHIC are deliberately separated by function, authority, and scope, while remaining tightly synchronized at the intelligence layer. This separation ensures clarity of responsibility, prevents capability drift, and preserves lawful operation across all deployment contexts.
INPSN remains the primary intelligence foundation. It continuously interprets how space behaves, detecting motion patterns, environmental disturbances, crowd formations, and anomaly states through frequency-based spatial perception. INPSN does not rely on visual input and does not require SIGNET to operate. Its intelligence outputs are spatial, non-visual, and identity-free by design.
SIGNET operates only where optical context is explicitly authorized. It does not initiate intelligence activity, define relevance, or determine priority. Instead, it aligns visual perception to spatial events already identified within the INPSN intelligence flow, or to human-directed review actions under governance control. SIGNET therefore contributes contextual corroboration, not independent situational judgment.
MYTHIC functions as the cognitive coordination entity, not a commanding authority. It does not decide to observe, escalate, or enforce. Its role is to synchronize intelligence streams, aligning spatial perception, optional visual context, temporal indexing, and command state, so that authorized users receive coherent, interpretable intelligence outputs. MYTHIC cannot activate SIGNET, elevate capability modes, or persist visual intelligence without explicit human authorization.
The integration logic follows a strict intelligence sequence:
- Spatial relevance is established first through INPSN
- Optical context is introduced only when authorized through SIGNET
- Cognitive alignment is coordinated by MYTHIC
- All resulting outputs remain subject to client-defined governance
At no point does this integration reverse hierarchy. SIGNET does not redefine spatial intelligence, and MYTHIC does not supersede human command. Each layer reinforces the others while remaining bounded within its assigned responsibility.
Importantly, INPSN retains full operational independence. Environments may deploy INPSN without SIGNET indefinitely, without loss of spatial intelligence capability. The presence of SIGNET does not alter INPSN’s privacy doctrine, perception logic, or governance model. Visual intelligence, where enabled, remains optional, purpose-limited, and revocable.
MYTHIC’s coordination role is likewise bounded. It may assist by aligning timelines, correlating spatial and optical references, and maintaining interpretive continuity across intelligence layers. However, it does not perform enforcement actions, issue directives to people, or execute commands without explicit authorization routed through the client’s command hierarchy.
This integration architecture ensures that intelligence remains layered, disciplined, and non-coercive. Visual perception enhances understanding without redefining authority. Cognition improves clarity without assuming control. Spatial intelligence remains the foundation upon which all other perception rests.
